Lunch of 8 Jun 2010, at office canteen. Beef ball and couscous (type of rice). Taste good. And the a small dessert taste like icecream but not that cold :). Nice meal from canteen.

Paris...

I am going to Paris...

Due to coming Monday (24 May 2010) is public holiday in Switzerland and France, so I decided to take this chance to visit Paris. I will bored to death if stay in room and face wall and with TV channel which is not speaking English...

Ok, here is some guide on how to take TGV train in France. I will board TGV at Bellegarde-sur-Vaserine, it is about 30 minutes drive from the place I stay.

TGV Ticket reservation, EUR 154.60 for To and Fro to Paris. This is non stop train, while, they have many options, like Class 1, Class 2, Non-Stop or 1 Stop... Mine is 2nd Class and non-stop and cheapest. Train will start at 9.48am and should reach Paris at 12:49pm...

Will be staying in Holiday Inn with rate of EUR 85 with breakfast included. Hard to find cheap and near to Paris city hotel. But this hotel come with Free Shuttle Bus to city :) and there are other options like RER (which is like Monorail in KL), bus, taxi... Of course Free Shuttle is the best hehe

My colleague told me that there is nice pizza restaurant which open from 7pm, so I drive to there and manage to get pizza.

Rented Apartment in France

Apartment in France

Though my company is in Geneva Switzerland, but they rent an apartment hotel for me in France. It is about 15-20minutes drive.

Rented Car by my company

On 17 May 2010, I am flying to Geneva for 7 weeks but I have chance to travel back to KL for 1 week. My company rent car and apartment in France for me. It is Nissan car, here are some pictures. It looks my Nissan Grand Livina but just a bit shorter.

And to my surprise, it is Manual Transmission car!!!
And yes, it is left handed car... so a bit difficult for my 1st and 2nd day of driving... but i am get used to it now.

Grass on empty land

10 feets wide empty land finally filled with grass... at first I thought to do this my my own and my family, But it seems a bit impossible after I have spent 2 hours just to dig 2 small area. And on 15 May (Sat) while I am fitting water pipe at new house, an Indian guy approach with offer of RM 1100 to do the grass job. After done some measurement, that whole area appear to be around 730 square feet and RM1100 is real good deal. So I let him do it and he done it on 2nd day.
